Sinopsis
The Quiet Corner of Christ is a feature-documentary film about St. Mardari of Libertville, the first Serbian bishop on American soil, and his journey from his native Kornati near Podgorica, where he started as a boy, to distant Libertville. The film was shot on the occasion of the presentation of his holy relics after 82 years since his death.
The idea of this project is that the film Quiet Corner of Christ will be a contemporary Lives of Saints, so that all Serbian people will learn about the life of Ivan Uskoković, the monk Mardari, today a Saint recognized by the Serbian, Russian and Moldavian Orthodox Church.
The film was shot with the blessing of the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral, Mr. Amphilochia produced by Ostrog monastery
